With a variety of book clubs, readings, discussions and even tours of some of Belfast’s best spots for book lovers, this event is not one to miss. Meet up with like-minded literature lovers to discus your favourites, get new recommendations or just have a bit of craic.

Everyone is welcome to discuss what they are reading at the moment!

Fergus Sweeney – 7.10pm

Documentarian Fergus discusses ‘The God Stone and the Blackymor’, T.H White’s autobiographical tale of his time in Western Ireland during the early years of the Irish State.

Sean Gallagher – 7.20pm

Andrzej Sapkowski’s notorious world of the Witcher. A reading from this monstrous fantasy that will transport you to a world of curses, survival and fate.

Seaside Books – 7.30pm

Hosted by published poet and owner Alanna Offield. Hear about the wonderful workshops this travelling bookshop provides.

Paperxclips Bookshop – 7.40pm

A Queer bookshop, hairdressers, coffee spot. Meet the owners and chat about Queer Literature!

Durational: Throughout the event there will be a stream of 2 short films about bookish spaces in Belfast. Linen Hall Charity Bookshop Upstairs in the Café Theatre and Keats & Chapman Downstairs in the Café Theatre. Feel free to pop in and watch at any time.
