“I am a massive fan of immersive, participatory and online theatre and Big Telly Theatre are leading artists in the field. To get to work with them and learn from their considerable experience, as well as the fellow residency recipients, will be of massive benefit to my practice as a theatre maker. I can’t wait to get started!”

As a young music student this is my first commission and so I am very excited to begin work with a professional theatre company that I have admired for years. launching a career in the creative industry can be daunting, I am very grateful for the opportunity to get my career of the ground by getting involved in such an exciting project.

Big Telly have been pioneers in the digital theatre realm, and I am so excited to be able to make new work with them and a bunch of other multi-talented emerging creatives.

This project came at the perfect time. After a world-changing year away from production, this is a much needed opportunity to use my creative skills. My ears have never been so rested, so they’re ready for work!

This commission will enable me to progress further in my artistic development in creating theatre for the digital age. I am elated to be given the opportunity to be collaborating with artists from alternative specialialities and can't wait to see what we'll make together.

As a Video Designer, having the unique opportunity to not only push the boundaries of what can be achieved through live digital experiences, but also have the opportunities to work with and be mentored by one of the leading theatre companies in the field, is an absolute privilege
