Zoe Seaton

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Founder member and current Artistic Director of Big Telly Theatre Company. Zoe has over twenty years’ professional experience as a facilitator, writer and director. In addition to her work with Big Telly, she has directed for Creation Theatre Company, Oxford, The Lyric Theatre, Belfast, Hull Truck Theatre Company, Tinderbox Theatre Company, Belfast and An Grianán Theatre, Letterkenny. In 2001, she was the recipient of a bursary to attend the Directors’ Course at the National Studio in London. She is a part-time lecturer at the UUC

Corporate Experience:

Zoe has considerable experience in the creation of training projects exclusively designed for corporate clients. These range from promotional events to arts-based training programmes and the use of actors within the recruitment process. Zoe often works with management consultants to deliver training and development programmes that use theatrical techniques. Previous clients include Bass Ireland, Irwin, Donaghey & Co Accountants, Coleraine Town Partnership, MaCaulay Wray Solicitors, Zing Design and Print.

Louise Rossington

GENERAL MANAGER

Louise Rossington is the company's General Manager and has been with the company for over thirteen years. She has over twenty years of professional experience in business management and administration and has successfully managed the company’s last twenty productions and tours.

Linda McCracken

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Linda is the company's Development Manager and has been with the company for eight years. Linda has over twelve years of professional experience in business administration and customer care and has successfully managed many of the company’s outreach and education projects.

Collette Quigley

FINANCE/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Collette Quigley is the company’s Finance and Administration Officer and has been with the company for seven years. Collette has sixteen years’ experience of working in accounts departments and has been qualified for eleven years as an Accounting Technician (IATI).

Pat Morris

SPRING CHICKENS PROJECT MANAGER

Pat is the Spring Chickens Project Manager. With a background in performing arts, education and training, she has worked as an arts professional for the past seventeen years. She has extensive project management, business management, communication and research skills, gained from experience within the creative and cultural arts, heritage, education and skill sectors both in the UK and Ireland.
